Dumpling Dipping Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Ginger Paste
- Sriracha
- Minced Garlic
- Oyster Sauce
- Mirin
- Rice Vinegar
- Water
- Onion Powder(optional)
Eyeball those ingredients together and mix
- Roughly 2 Tbsp SoySauce, 1 Tsp Ginger,1 Tsp Sriracha, 2 Tsp Garlic, 1 1/2 Tsp Ouster Sauce, 2 Tsp Mirin, 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Water, Dash Onion Powder
Keep in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
Freeze in cubes for over 2 months - thaw cube before cooking or defrost in microwave
