Hibachi Steak🄩 & Fried Rice šŸš

        Fried Rice      4 Adult Servings

RECIPE 

In a medium bowl

Ingredients  

🄩 Steak Marinade

  • 4 Top Sirloin Tender Steak

  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste

  • 6 Tsp Garlic Minced

  • 1 Tbsp Japanese BBQ Sauce

  • Eyeball it - Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Mirin

  • A splash of Sesame Oil

  • Veggie Oil to cook

šŸšFried Rice

  • 3 Cups Day old Rice/Frozen Rice

  • 1 Cup Frozen Carrots, Peas & Corn

  • 3 Tsp Garlic Minced

  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste

  • Eyeball it - Garlic Powder

  • Eyeball it - Onion Powder(lots of it)

  • A sprinkle of Chinese 5 Spice

  • Roughly 2 Tbsp (eyeballed) Soy Sauce

  • Splash of Sesame Oil

  • Veggie Oil to cook


Sauce On the Side - YumYum Sauce

Appliances - 2 skillets, chopsticks/wooden spatula, 1 bowl for marination, cutting board + knife 


RECIPE⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Start by cubing your steak, set aside to mix your marinade. 


Mix Ginger Paste, Minced Garlic, BBQ sauce, Garlic powder, Mirin and Sesame oil together. Fold this marinade onto

your steak. Set aside(refrigerate) for 30 mins to an hour. 


Once marinated, pan fry until edges have been seared (but meat not over cooked)

^ Do not start this step until your rice is 5 mins till ready

 

For Fried Rice, throw in your day old/frozen rice into your pan, heat until softened, then add in your frozen veggies. 


When those have  softened, add in the rest of your Fried Rice Ingredients. Stir fry until golden brown and savory. 


Plate your food when steak is ready, additionally we add a side of YumYum Sauce on the side and that's it!

You can freeze your leftover Fried Rice for 1 month, only reheat by pan frying.
