In a medium bowl
Ingredients

4 Top Sirloin Tender Steak
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
6 Tsp Garlic Minced
1 Tbsp Japanese BBQ Sauce
Eyeball it - Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Mirin
A splash of Sesame Oil
Veggie Oil to cook
šFried Rice
3 Cups Day old Rice/Frozen Rice
1 Cup Frozen Carrots, Peas & Corn
3 Tsp Garlic Minced
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
Eyeball it - Garlic Powder
Eyeball it - Onion Powder(lots of it)
A sprinkle of Chinese 5 Spice
Roughly 2 Tbsp (eyeballed) Soy Sauce
Splash of Sesame Oil
Veggie Oil to cook
Sauce On the Side - YumYum Sauce
Appliances - 2 skillets, chopsticks/wooden spatula, 1 bowl for marination, cutting board + knife

Start by cubing your steak, set aside to mix your marinade.
Mix Ginger Paste, Minced Garlic, BBQ sauce, Garlic powder, Mirin and Sesame oil together. Fold this marinade onto
your steak. Set aside(refrigerate) for 30 mins to an hour.
