NO BAKE Cherry "cheesecake"
- 1 Container Cool Whip
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1 Small Packet of Instant Vanilla Pudding(or Cheesecake flavored that would make more sense)
- 1 Can Cherry Pie filling(cooked and cooled)
- Graham Crackers
- 1/3 stick of Salted Butter melted
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
PS this doesn't have creme cheese because I didn't have any :)
Appliances - Mixing bowl, pie pan, spatula

In your pie pan make your crust with one packet of Graham crackers crushing them with anything that works, I used the cherry pie filling can :)
Crush your crackers very fine, either rolling over it in a Ziploc bag or food processor if you got all that. Adding in your butter and a tablespoon of sugar if you don't have a the cinnamon coated Grahm Crackers.
Mixing with your whisk to break up the butter then moving in with your hands to really make sure that it feels like wet sand. Add more butter if too dry.
Lightly press down your crust to fit your pan, and move on to our "cheesecake filling"
In a larger mixing bowl, add the entire container of Cool Whip, 1/4 cup of milk and your packet of instant pudding, fold everything together. Should be pretty thicc.
Spread "cheesecake" mixture into your pie pan onto your crust, making sure not to pick up the crust itself when spreading.
Then layering over your cooled cherry pie filling over top (or you can sub for strawberry)
Let cool 30mins to an hour before serving, or just eat it now cuz it looks SOO GOOD!
Refrigerate until everyone in your house eats it all and asks for more :)
